• We set the Sovos Correlation ID as the default search filter in the Audit trail to streamline investigation workflows.

• We updated the PDF and Document Viewer to show only human-readable code descriptions. Internal code list codes and types no longer display.

• We improved PDF observation rendering. Observations are now sorted with typed entries first, followed by null-type entries displayed left-aligned.

• We added the ability for Workspace Admin users to reprocess lifecycle transmissions to the tax authority directly from the platform.

• We added three new Lifecycle of Lifecycle tax authority statuses: Processing (the lifecycle has started being processed), Failed (an error occurred during transmission to the tax authority), and Not Applicable (the transmission step to the tax authority was skipped). No notification is sent to any party for these statuses.

• We fixed a problem that was causing the Back to Login link on the Workspace selection page to not work.

• We fixed a display problem in the NS Portal (UAT) where ERP system ID details did not refresh when changing the organization.

• We fixed a problem that was causing an incorrect SCICloudStatusCode in the Lifecycle of Lifecycle tax authority flow. The notification sent on ReceivedByTaxAuthority was using code 228 and now correctly uses code 229.

• We fixed a problem that was causing the Document lifecycle status distribution and Tax Authority graph filter on the dashboard to not synchronize with the document table.

• We fixed a problem with PEPPOL dynamic endpoint discovery on outbound transmissions that was causing invoice submission failures for some customers.

• We fixed a problem that was sometimes causing a product to not be correctly associated to a company, resulting in transmission errors.

• We fixed a problem in the France e-invoicing flow where posting a CDAR against an invalid or non-existing invoice was accepted with HTTP 202 but silently failed during processing. The POST document endpoint now returns a synchronous error response when the document cannot be found for lifecycle association.

• We fixed a problem that was causing the ResponseTime field to be formatted incorrectly for certain lifecycle statuses.

We updated the France e-invoicing mappers and format support to comply with the AFNOR XP Z12-012 standard in preparation for the September 2026 mandate go-live. These changes affect Universal Business Language (UBL), Cross Industry Invoice (CII) Extended, and Factur-X Extended formats for both invoices and credit notes. Specifically, we made the following updates:

• Updated UBL invoice and credit note mappers to V1.3 specifications.

• Updated CII Extended and Factur-X Extended mappers per the AFNOR February 2026 Coreset.

• Closed the gap between V1.1 and V1.3 for UBL Extended invoice and credit note formats.

• Added full round-trip mapping for extended elements through the Sovos Canonical Invoice (SCI) format pipeline.

• Consolidated e-invoicing plugin mappers into a single version aligned with the AFNOR XP Z12-012 February 2026 (V2) specification, eliminating mapper duplication.
