- You will now see an error if you try to change the filing frequency while a report recalculation is still running to prevent duplicate or inconsistent reports.
Bug fixes
- Registrations
- We resolved a processing error that prevented South Carolina label registration rejections from completing for wine, malt, and cider products. Rejections for these product types now complete successfully.
- AutoFile
- We fixed a problem where duplicate filings were generated when a merchant changed filing frequency and both the old and new frequencies shared the same due date. The system now checks for existing filings before generating new reports after a frequency change.
Regulatory updates
- Arkansas
- We updated the Arkansas Quarterly Direct Shipper Report download naming convention to match state requirements. Downloaded reports now use the format: [License Number]-[Business Name]-Wine Shipping Report-[Quarter and Year]. This change applies retroactively to existing reports.
