October 16, 2026
We released the following Compliance Network updates to production on October 16, 2026.
New and improved
- API
-
-
We added Germany to the default routing of the API. You can now send German documents with the default business process.
-
- Document management
-
-
We changed how long Compliance Network keeps document metadata. Compliance Network now keeps document metadata for 240 days after the last event on a document, instead of 365 days. The change applies to document metadata only, in these countries:
-
Croatia
-
India
-
Israel
-
Malaysia
-
Philippines
-
Romania
-
Saudi Arabia
-
Serbia
-
Singapore
-
South Korea
-
-
- France
-
-
We improved the layout of the Endpoint Components section on the create, view, and update endpoint pages for companies and trading partners. You can now enter and review endpoint identifiers in a logical order.
-
Bug fixes
- Reporting
-
-
We fixed a problem where the Activity tab of the report details page didn't include the attachment for an internal system error. The Activity tab now includes the attachment, as the transaction details do, so you can review the error without leaving the report.
-
- Brazil
-
-
We fixed a problem that caused Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) (NF-e) cancellation requests sent through the
action-integrationendpoint to be rejected by the state tax authority, Secretaria da Fazenda (SEFAZ). Compliance Network now keeps the justification in the signed event, so you can cancel an authorized NF-e through your integration.
-
- Croatia
-
-
We fixed a problem where Compliance Network didn't correctly process the status responses for Croatia documents reported as taxable deliveries. Compliance Network now updates the status and shows the reporting method that applies.
-
We fixed a problem that stopped outbound Croatia documents from progressing when the exchange service returned a duplicate attachment error. Compliance Network now finds the original message. Then it keeps checking its status, so these documents complete without manual help.
-
We fixed a problem that made the reject action fail with the error "Document does not match with required condition" for received Croatia invoices. You can now reject a received Croatia invoice that has the Authorized status.
