Change your password

Learn how to change your password in Paperless Colombia, depending on whether you use Sovos login (SSO) or the legacy login method.

SSO users: To change your Sovos login password, go to the Sovos Home profile settings.
Legacy users: Click the change password option on the home screen, and follow the prompts. Your new password must meet the security policy your Security Administrator set.
