Troubleshoot certificate upload errors
Learn how to resolve errors when uploading a digital signing certificate to Paperless Colombia.
If you get an error when uploading a digital certificate, check that:
The certificate file is not corrupted.
You are using the correct certificate password.
The certificate has not expired.
Note: Paperless Colombia accepts certificates from any signing provider. You are not limited to Andes or Certicamara.
