Send documents in bulk (Work Orders)
Learn about Work Orders in Paperless Colombia, including how they process documents through the three stages of generation, DIAN submission, and distribution.
A Work Order (Orden de Trabajo, or OT) takes an input file from your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and generates a set of electronic tax documents. Each Work Order starts with an upload, then goes through three stages: Generación, Enviar a DIAN, and Distribución.
Work Order details
The Work Order detail view shows:
Start and finish timestamps for each stage.
Number of documents processed with and without errors.
The sequence range (first and last document number).
A progress bar showing completion percentage.
The name of who created the process.
The document type.
Work Order status reference
- Generación
- Processing the file and converting it into DTEs for DIAN submission.
- Envío a DIAN
- Packaging and sending DTEs to the DIAN. This action cannot be undone.
- Distribución
- Sending documents to recipients. Can be run multiple times.
