Learn how to troubleshoot common login issues in Paperless Peru.
If your username and password are incorrect, the login screen reappears with an error. Check your username and password.
If you exceed the maximum number of failed login attempts, your account locks automatically. Contact your administrator to unlock it.
Note: If you are logging in with your Sovos account (SSO), resolve password problems through the Sovos portal, not in Paperless.
