Generate books
Generate Libro de Compras and Libro de Ventas reports in SUNAT format, and track them in the Bitacora de Libros.
The Generacion de Libros section produces the Libro de Compras and Libro de Ventas accounting books in the format SUNAT requires.
You generate a book by choosing the book type and period, and then use the generation history to check each book's status and download previous reports.
Note:
Paperless validates the format for SUNAT compliance, but does not validate the accounting content of the book. Review the data carefully before generating. Submitting inaccurate figures to SUNAT may require a correction process.
Generate a sale or purchase a book report
- Go to .
- Click Generar Reporte de Libro.
- Select the book type.
- Enter the period in the YYYY-MM format.
- Optional: Enter a description to identify this book report later.
- Click Generar.
