Paperless offers a desktop application called Printer for companies that need to print large volumes of documents.
Note: The Printer app is an optional add-on. Contact your Sovos administrator to request licenses and installation support.
The Printer app installs on a local computer.
It connects to Paperless and gives you a document search experience similar to the web portal.
You can select multiple documents and send them to specific printers.
You can set up printing rules (for example, route documents to different printers by type or branch).
The number of Printer licenses per company is controlled by your platform settings.
