Configure security policies
Learn how to define password and security rules that apply to all legacy accounts in your company.
To define rules that apply to all legacy accounts in your company, go to . You can set up the following policies:
Password expiration period (number of days).
Password reuse history (how many previous passwords cannot be reused).
Minimum and maximum password length.
Minimum number of letters required.
Minimum number of digits required.
Note: When Sovos login (SSO) is active, these password policies apply only to legacy users who have not been migrated yet. Sovos login manages SSO users' password policies centrally.
Upload a digital certificate
- Go to Panel de Control.
- Select Seguridad.
- Click Carga de Certificado.
- Click Choose File and select the certificate file from your computer.
- Enter the certificate password in the Clave field.
- Click Ingresar.
The digital certificate is uploaded and active for document signing.
